How UTV processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

United Technologies Ventures SRL ("UTV", "we") is the controller for personal data processed through this site, with its registered office at Bulevardul Pipera 1/I, Etaj 1, Birou 1, Voluntari, Ilfov, Romania.

When you submit the RFP intake form, we process the data fields you provide: entity name, corporate email, target asset class, anticipated execution period, regulatory status, and the brief you write.
When you contact us by email or phone, we process the contact information and the content of your communication.
Server logs may temporarily record IP address, user agent, and timestamps for the purpose of operating and securing the site.
We process the form data to evaluate and respond to your project request. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We retain communications for the period necessary to manage the engagement and to comply with legitimate business and accounting obligations.
Personal data is accessible to authorised UTV personnel involved in evaluating the request. Limited categories of data may be processed by infrastructure providers acting as processors: our hosting provider, our transactional email provider (Resend), and any subcontractor formally engaged on the project. None of these providers transfer data outside the EU/EEA without an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
