This site is operated by United Technologies Ventures SRL, a company organised under the laws of Romania, with its registered office at Bulevardul Pipera 1/I, Etaj 1, Birou 1, Voluntari, Ilfov, Romania.

02 — No offer

The information published on this site is provided for orientation purposes. It does not constitute an offer, a commitment, or a binding proposal of any kind. Engineering, procurement, and construction services are governed exclusively by signed contracts executed by the parties.

03 — Confidentiality of submissions

Information submitted through the RFP form is treated as confidential and is used only to evaluate and respond to your request. By submitting, you authorise UTV to circulate the submission internally for that purpose.

04 — Intellectual property

All site content — copy, photography, design, source code, and brand marks — is the property of UTV or its licensors and is protected by Romanian and international intellectual property law. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

05 — Liability

UTV makes reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information published on this site but does not warrant that it is free of errors or interruptions. Any reliance on the published information for investment decisions is at the reader's own risk.

06 — Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising in connection with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent at the registered office of UTV.

07 — Consumer protection

For consumer-related queries, the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) operates the alternative dispute resolution platform at anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/.
